C.T.M. & New Western Glory present the Western National Running Summit which offers RUNNER ATTRIBUTE DEVELOPMENT (R.A.D.) training that fosters critical attributes which contribute to competitive running ability and performance in runners of all ages. Participants will undergo a variety of training experiences ranging from on-the-track biomechanical assessment to enjoyable mountain trail runs.

There will be two training sessions and two speaking sessions per day (meals are included in the cost). A detailed itinerary with a packing list will be sent to each accepted applicant well in advance of the camp. Campers will be required to bring a sleeping bag and a camping-pad or matress.

The Summit will be held at Camp Lamoille (owned by the Lions Club) There will be some camping areas available to a limited number of families who might wish or need to stay at this site during the week (you may be encouraged to volunteer); we have special camping areas for regular staff. Except for the dropping off of participants, motor-homes are not allowed on the premises. There are other options available nearby to families who want to be separate from the campground (one such campground: http://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/htnf/recreation/cam... has reserved camping). For additional inquiries, contact Todd Nunan at (530-277-5653).

Runners who wish to register by mail may access a form from http://www.nwglory.com/assets/nwg5assetts/brochure...
